The focus of the course is to train the company's collaborators in the process of coffee grading and tasting.
The course has a 40-hour workload, with training in specific skills such as: the socio-economic and political situation in Brazil and abroad, coffee quality and trade, coffee classification by type, quality indicators, beverage characteristics, sample types, grinding, infusion and tasting stages, ideal temperature for tasting, recording results, equipment cleaning, final destination of powder and liquid, work environment hygiene, and harvest and post-harvest care.
